Book Your Consultation
Call our office or submit a request online. Our team will confirm your appointment and send you intake forms to complete before your visit.
Initial Visit
A thorough 60–90 minute consultation covering your full health history, symptoms, and goals. Dr. Gajula or her experienced staff will conduct your evaluation and order a comprehensive diagnostic panel tailored to your concerns.
Lab Results & Care Plan
Once your results are in (typically 1–2 weeks), you'll return for a dedicated lab review appointment where Dr. Gajula or a member of her clinical team walks you through your findings and presents your personalized care plan.
Treatment & Ongoing Support
Begin your protocol with regular follow-up appointments with Dr. Gajula or her experienced staff to monitor progress, adjust your plan, and optimize your results over time.

Why We're Self-Pay
Insurance-based medicine forces physicians to see more patients in less time, order only what's "covered," and document for billing rather than care. By operating outside of insurance, Dr. Gajula can spend the time your case actually requires, order the diagnostics that are truly appropriate, and focus entirely on your outcomes — not on what a payer will reimburse. Many patients tell us it's the first time they've felt truly heard by a physician.
